Whether the employee has pre-booked some time off work or unexpectedly had to take some sick leave the system will give you an overall picture on who's in, who's out, who has taken holiday leave and who still has any holiday entitlement.

The system will handle all of the mundane tasks for you and provide valuable reports on which to base company personnel decisions. If you are still running a paper based system or a wall mounted holiday chart then take a look at what BDSMIS TraX could do for you. TraX line of products manages leave rules, enables employees to enter, change, and appeal leave requests. Supervisors can view and manage leave requests, and view staff availability by crew.

TraX allows supervisors to create and maintain work patterns, define shifts, shift patterns, and holiday schedules, then assign employees and crews based on capability.

- Employees can be individually setup with single or double authorisation levels allowing complete flexibility. These authorisation levels can be set for holiday leave and sickness if required
- Managers can approve all employees leave that fall within their team before the request is sent higher (if required)
- The balance of all employees leave is calculated dynamically if and when the leave is approved

- Synchronize absence-related data with schedules and timecards in real time (TraX :: Project and TraX :: Payroll)
- Create customized forms and response letters catered to your approval process
- Identify leave abuse patterns and trends using detailed on-demand reports (Under Development)
- Administrators can specify the yearly holiday leave to which employees are entitled on an individual basis.
- Administrators can define all Bank Holidays where employees are not required to work thus stopping the system counting those days as "Holiday".
- Administrators can add, delete and modify all details contained within LeavePlanner.com making the system completely flexible
